Chris Shadek ’18 earned a BS in Computer Science & Engineering and a Bachelor of Management. Based in Chicago, he is the founder of BullsEye Social. BullsEye is an app for getting friends together in real life. It discovers what’s happening nearby – trivia nights, happy hours, live music – ranked by what’s close, what’s soon, and what friends have saved. It turns “we should do that” into a night on the calendar, with messaging, polls, and checklists. And when the night is over, it collects everyone’s photos in one place and splits the check (tax and tip included). Before BullsEye, Chris was principal platform architect for a transportation logistics data company, leading its development for customers including airports, airlines, OEMs, trucking companies, and hedge funds. Chris builds with AI at every layer of the stack, betting that a small team can now innovate and ship at a pace that once required a much larger one.
