Emily RB Peterson ’05 BS Chemical Engineering is the Head of Processes and Systems for EMD Electronics, where she leads strategic programs, core process development, operational excellence and performance management systems for the Integrated Supply Chain organization. She has built her career across production engineering, capital project process engineering and new product development within the Semiconductor industry. She has a focus on leadership throughout her career and deep experience in manufacturing systems for hazardous chemicals, gases, and semiconductor delivery systems. Emily is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has led global, cross-functional teams focused on operational excellence, quality system management, product lifecycle execution, and continuous improvement. She is also an active advocate for inclusion and community engagement, supporting employee networks and volunteer organizations that advance equity, accessibility, and local impact.
