Harper Malesardi ‘24, B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, is a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman Space Systems, where she supports the Lunar Infrastructure Demonstration (LIDS) program by developing requirements and technical specifications for the Command, Power, and Data subsystem while contributing to broader systems engineering activities across the program. She previously supported the HALO human spaceflight program, leading supplier data management initiatives, executing engineering milestone reviews, and developing AI-enabled automation tools that significantly improved requirements verification efficiency. Harper has expertise in systems engineering, technical requirements development, AI-enabled engineering automation, and cross-functional program execution for complex aerospace systems.
