Heather Riebeling ’07, P.E. (she/her) is a Senior Project Manager and Transit Operations Manager at AECOM, based in Philadelphia since 2007. She has an MSCE from Villanova. Heather previously worked as a Structural/Bridge Designer, then an Overhead Contact Systems (OCS) Engineer on projects across North America for Amtrak, SEPTA, the Toronto Transit Commission, and others. She serves as Board Secretary for the IEEE VTS OCS Committee and Board Member-at-Large for the non-profit Philadelphia Freedom Band and was a 2023 ENR MidAtlantic Top Young Professional. Heather is also a member of WTS and APTA.
