Jason Fralick ’93

Jason Fralick, ’93 is President & CEO of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) and is instrumental in steering the firm’s long-term succession and growth planning. He champions the development and execution of the firm’s strategic business plans, translating long-term direction into clear priorities, accountable leadership, and measurable results. Jason also drives enterprise initiatives in organizational design, geographic expansion, and mergers and acquisitions to strengthen HRG’s platform for sustained value creation as a 100% employee-owned company.

Jason has been with HRG for more than 30 years and has held a range of leadership roles since joining the firm as an intern in 1991. As a licensed engineer, he has advised clients across Pennsylvania. His civil engineering foundation spans public infrastructure including facilities planning, water and wastewater systems, transportation, and municipal government. That experience informs practical decision-making around risk, quality, client value, and execution. Jason serves on the HRG Board of Directors and The HRG Charitable Foundation, and he remains active in the State College community through board service and volunteer involvement.
