Kevin J. Webb ’92, PE, LEED AP is a Principal at Langan, where he leads a land development engineering practice in the firm’s Princeton, N.J., office. He has over 30 years of experience providing engineering and consulting services for local and national developers for commercial real estate projects. He is responsible for all phases of design and entitlements, from site selection and due diligence through design, permitting, and construction administration, and frequently provides expert witness testimony before Planning and Zoning Boards throughout New Jersey.
