Lauren Bolcar ’08, is a partner at the law firm Quarles & Brady. She advises clients on an array of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation and counseling matters. She has represented clients in federal courts throughout the country as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and in private arbitration. She represents clients across a wide variety of industries, including computer software, clothing and apparel, solar panel microinverters, and beverages and nutritional supplements.
