Michael Rakszawski `08 is an Engineering Manager at Vanguard. He has over 15 years of experience working as a software developer and manager in various industries such as defense, technology, and finance. Michael earned his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bucknell University and his M.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Michael is a graduate of the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin. He has recently earned a certificate in engineering leadership from Cornell University and a non-profit board leadership certificate from La Salle University. Michael has experience working with AI, organizing leadership conferences, and mentoring others.
