Nicholas (Nick) King ’20, is an Associate Manager, Product Transfer Engineering at Stryker, working in Global Quality & Operations. Nick started by working as a Supplier Quality Engineer performing quality audits, managing quality improvement programs, and addressing high urgency non-conformances with Stryker’s supply base. Following this, Nick has held expanding roles in process engineering, project management, and now people management within Product Transfer, a team executing process and manufacturing transfers. The focus of the current role is leading a team of 20 engineers and project managers for Stryker’s $5B Joint Replacement business to deliver a portfolio of projects supporting supply continuity, cost savings, and network optimization.
