Nick Piazzolla ’13, B.S. is a Project Engineering Manager and Program Manager for Mars Snacking North America with a background in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Piazzolla has over a decade of experience in the design and execution of capital projects in food manufacturing, focusing on chocolate processing and raw material systems. He supported numerous $100M+ initiatives, including the Caramel M&M’s production line and a $300M+ greenfield facility in Topeka, Kansas. In his current role, he manages Mars’s engineering development and internship programs, driving early-career talent development across the organization.
