Rachel Hazard ’21 began her career in the medical device industry, focusing on orthopedic spine technologies at a small medical device company. She later joined Stryker, where she started in the Spine division before transitioning to the Joint Replacement business three years ago. As a Product Development Engineer, Rachel partners closely with orthopedic surgeons to develop innovative technologies and bring new solutions to joint replacement procedures. She enjoys combining engineering and clinical collaboration to help advance orthopedic care and patient outcomes.
